We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding our current service.

Due to our recent merger with another company, we have experienced a significant increase in the number of submissions we are processing. While this is an exciting step forward for our business, it has unfortunately created a larger backlog than we anticipated.

As a result, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close to all new submissions. This will allow our team to focus entirely on clearing the existing backlog and ensuring that every current submission receives the attention and care it deserves.

To everyone who currently has a submission with us, we sincerely apologise for the longer than usual turnaround times. We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while we work through this busy period.

The good news is that once we have fully cleared the backlog, we’ll be able to share some exciting news about what’s next for our business. We can’t wait to tell you more when the time is right.

We’ll keep everyone updated and will announce as soon as we’re ready to accept new submissions again.
